In-App Deletion: Open the Localyour app, go to your Profile, and tap on Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Web Request: If you cannot access the app, you can contact our support team at support@localyour.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following personal information:
To comply with legal, financial, and tax obligations, we retain your order history and transaction records for a period of 7 years. This data is kept securely and is only accessed when required by law or for auditing purposes.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or access your order history.
